Commission and Fee Policy

Bitsave may apply commissions for the provision of purchase, sale, exchange, deposit, withdrawal, and transfer services for digital assets.

Applicable rates will depend on the type of transaction, payment method, country, digital asset, and current commercial conditions.

Withdrawals of digital assets or funds converted to fiat currency may be subject to a service commission.

Reference rate: 3%.

Additional network, conversion, or intermediation costs may apply and will be disclosed where applicable.

Deposits of digital assets may be subject to operational or network costs, depending on the asset and the infrastructure used.

The applicable commission, if any, must be disclosed before confirming the transaction or in the current fee schedule.

Purchase, sale, and exchange transactions of digital assets may be subject to the following reference rates:

Bitsave may offer additional services, including:

• OTC transactions.
• International settlements.
• Conversion services between digital assets and fiat currencies.
• Business integrations via API.
• Customized services for corporate clients.

Fees for these services will be communicated through a quote, commercial proposal, or specific contract.

Before confirming a transaction, Bitsave will inform the user of the applicable commissions, along with the available amounts and quotes.

No commissions other than those accepted by the user will be applied, except for external costs previously anticipated and disclosed in accordance with the service conditions.

Bitsave may modify its fees for commercial, operational, or regulatory reasons.

Changes will be published or communicated through the corresponding channels and will apply in accordance with the contractual terms and applicable law.
