BitsaveApp Mexico (which under no circumstances acts as a contractual counterparty to BitsaveApp Users) is the trade name used by Open Data, S.A. de C.V., a company incorporated under Mexican law with domicile in that country, which acts as an attorney-in-fact for Bitsafve SpA, a duly incorporated company in Chile with the trade name BitsaveApp Chile. For purposes of this document, and where applicable, BitsaveApp shall refer to both platforms jointly (Mexico and Chile). If any part of this document applies specifically to one or the other, it will be specifically indicated.

This legal notice informs and applies to all Users of the services on the website www.bitsaveapp.com (hereinafter "the Site"), as well as other sites, applications and tools related to such services that BitsaveApp Chile makes available.

"User" shall refer to any person (whether individual, moral or legal entity) who uses the services of BitsaveApp Chile.

Risk Warning

To all Users, we remind you that any operation involving purchase, sale, custody, exchange, transfer and/or lending of Digital Assets involves various risks, among which high volatility stands out.

Monetary Authority Warnings

Bank of Mexico

  • They are not legal tender in Mexico, as the Bank of Mexico does not issue or back them.
  • They do not have liberating power for payment obligations, so their function as a means of payment is not guaranteed.
  • The Bank of Mexico does not regulate or supervise them.
  • In other jurisdictions, their use in illicit operations has been noted, including fraud and money laundering.
  • There is no guarantee ensuring that consumers can recover their money.
  • The price has shown high volatility due to its highly speculative nature.

Central Bank of Chile

  • They are not legal tender in Chile, as the Central Bank does not issue or back them.
  • They do not have liberating power for payment obligations.
  • The Central Bank of Chile does not regulate or supervise them.

User Understanding

  • The legal regime of virtual assets may be modified, subject to legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Operations may be irreversible and cause losses due to fraud or accidental operations.
  • Use may lead to increased risk of cyber attacks or fraud.
  • The User may not be able to dispose of assets immediately due to technological failures.
