Privacy Notice Application

In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, as well as Chilean Law No. 19,628 "On protection of private life", and other related and applicable regulations (collectively referred to as "Personal Data Legislation"), this privacy notice (the "Privacy Notice") is issued.

Identity and Address of the Data Controller

Open Data, S.A. de C.V. and/or Bitsafve SpA ("BitsaveApp", the "Controller", "We" or "Our", interchangeably), are responsible for obtaining, using, disclosing and storing the Personal Data of Users ("You", the "Data Subject" or "User") as an identified or identifiable person.

Personal Data Collected and Processed

For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, the Controller processes the following categories of personal data:

• Identification and contact data (name, address, email, phone, date of birth, nationality);
• Financial and patrimonial data (employment details, income, bank account information);
• User interests and behavioral data;
• Biometric data and device information.

• Perform transactions involving our Services;
• Verify and confirm user identity and financial situation;
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
• Maintain and improve our Services;

Exercise of Your Rights
