Users may receive digital assets through deposit addresses assigned or enabled by the platform.

The user is responsible for selecting the correct digital asset and blockchain network.

Deposits sent through incompatible networks or with incorrect data may be irrecoverable.

Deposits may require a specified number of network confirmations before being credited.

The crediting time will depend on the blockchain used, its congestion, the custody providers, and security validations.

Users may transfer digital assets to external addresses compatible with the enabled assets and networks.

Before confirming, they must verify the address, amount, selected network, and applicable costs.

Bitsave may apply fraud prevention controls, enhanced authentication, blockchain monitoring, and identity verifications.

Transactions may be temporarily suspended when security or compliance reviews are necessary.

Transactions confirmed on the blockchain are generally irreversible.
