1. Service description

Bitsave allows its users to request withdrawals of digital assets to external wallets and, when the service is available, withdrawals through conversion to fiat currency to authorized bank accounts.

2. Requirements

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

  • Maintain an active and duly verified account.
  • Have sufficient available balance.
  • Provide correct recipient information.
  • Comply with applicable security and verification requirements.
  • Use enabled blockchain networks and withdrawal methods.

3. Fees

Withdrawals may be subject to service fees, banking costs, conversion costs, and network fees.

Reference service rate: 3% of the amount withdrawn, unless a different rate is disclosed before confirmation.

Blockchain network costs may vary depending on congestion and the conditions of each network.

4. Processing times

Under normal operating conditions, Bitsave will endeavor to process withdrawal requests within an estimated period of 30 minutes to 2 hours after completing the corresponding validations.

During weekends, holidays, or additional review processes, processing may extend to 24 hours or more where justified circumstances exist.

These timeframes are operational estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of settlement.

5. Security validations

Bitsave may request additional verifications to prevent fraud, unauthorized access, identity impersonation, or suspicious transactions.

Requests subject to review may remain temporarily pending until the corresponding verifications are completed.

6. User responsibility

The user is responsible for verifying that the destination address, the blockchain network, and the bank details provided are correct.

Transfers made to incorrect addresses or through incompatible networks may result in the irreversible loss of funds.

7. Cancellations

Requests pending execution may be canceled when the system permits.

Once a transaction has been broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain, it generally will not be possible to reverse it.

8. Restrictions

Bitsave may reject or suspend withdrawals where legal, regulatory, operational, or security restrictions exist, in accordance with applicable law and contractual terms.
