In exceptional situations, Bitsave SpA may apply preventive blocks in compliance with security policies, fraud prevention, and applicable regulations; in that case, you must immediately contact the email soporte@bitsaveapp.com.

Withdrawals to bank accounts can take up to 3 days depending on your bank. Digital asset transfers to external wallets are processed in minutes, depending on network confirmation.

Yes. On Bitsave you can send Bitcoin, digital dollars (USDC), Ethereum and other tokens to any compatible wallet; you only need to enter the destination address. Transfers between Bitsave accounts are free. If you request a transfer to an external wallet, we will apply a variable fee for the transaction, which we will calculate and show you before you authorize the withdrawal. ⚠ Legal note: Confirm that internal transfers are free.
